private events at Drumlin

We have our usual full beer, wine and spirits bar, and the espresso bar. We can do special cocktails by request. While we do have a full kitchen, we don’t staff the kitchen for events and instead encourage you to bring outside food for your event, from potluck to fine catering. Our kitchen is available for staging, reheating, and cleanup.

We also have decades of experience in event management, including nonprofit events and talks.

Also, if you have a smaller group and are 21+, we encourage you to explore our other more flexible event space two doors down at Ridgecrest Public House.

  • 50 people seated tables and chairs, or up to 70 people cocktail style, not including the stage. The Saturday night minimum is $1500, and there is a $200 setup and cleanup fee.

    The stage is designed for musicians, performances, presentations, movies, or a pretty awesome karaoke setup. The stage comes free with inside rental. Optional A/V support starts at $100 per event for a consultation and increases for mic and speaker setup, mixing, and recording.

  • the back shelter is great for groups up to 25 seated with tables and chairs, or up to 40 standing. It’s covered and has overhead electrical heaters. Easily decorated, steps from the back parking lot. Rent the whole shelter for $200/hour on weeknights. The Sat/Sun rate is $300/hour plus a $100 fee.

  • The entire back patio is 1600 sf and can hold events up to 100 people. We’ve hosted fundraisers, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, live music, and more. The minimum is $500/hour plus a $100 fee. Optional AV support with outside speakers is an additional $100. Optional dedicated outside bar with limited menu can be had for an additional $200 fee.

  • Renting both the inside and out is possible for the total of fees (minus the full back patio off-season). We can support cold season events up to 80 people and warm season events up to 150.

  • Our stage was set up for live music and audio and video recording. We are happy to rent out the stage for musicians and performers on Sunday afternoons and evenings for $100/hour. Inquire about recording/mixing services.
